and find a deep coherence between your convictions and actions.
After a skills assessment in 2001, I decided to study Psychology.
I was then qualified as Marriage and Family Counselor in 2011
and few years later as a Professional Coach .
My initial training is based on Active Listening (Carl Rogers), an empathic and unconditional way of listening.
I am also trained to practice Narrative therapy, co-funded by Michael White and David Epson.

As a Marriage and Family Counselor, I welcome any individual, couple or family.
The aim of a counseling is to help you find a better way to communicate and behave.
Fluent in French, English and Spanish, bathed in multiculturalism since I was very young, I am at ease with all nationalities and cultures, thanks to my travels and acquaintances around the world.

As a Professional Coach, I assist people in feeling more aligned with their values at work, who have a strong desire to evolve and develop their potential, who wish to manage their carrier while preserving their personnal life.
I am very interested in power plays, resilience, always keen to coach atypical profiles and diversity in all its forms.
I've spent 20+ years in luxury, catering and software edition sectors, working in international commercial positions particularly customer and reporting oriented. I am now happy to coach people who refuse to suffer at work.
I participate in relevant continuing professional development (CPD) and benefit from a regular supervision.
I was certified by IFOD (Paris). I am EMCC* member.

I am passionate about humankind and psychology, literature and learning.

Inner freedom is a resource I try to cultivate for a high quality support.
I am a volunteer in two French job search associations and in ANCCEF*.
My sessions are either in French, English or Spanish.
